Returns & Refunds

At Gift Maison Edit, each gift box is carefully prepared with attention to detail and quality.

Due to the nature of our products (gift boxes and personalised items), we do not accept returns once an order has been completed and dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.

After this time, preparation of your order begins and cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 working days.

 

Important Notes

  • Personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Gift boxes cannot be returned due to hygiene and handling reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
